Belgian Cleaners & Tailors

They ruined my wedding dress material and are not accepting responsibility nor are they returning my phone calls. One of the owners, Ray, was so rude to me that I threatened the Better Business Bureau on him and he said he "didn't care" and to go ahead and tell all my family and friends. I did not sign any sort of waiver- I was told at the drop off location that the cleaners would call me before they touched the dress if they determined it was too risky to clean it without damaging it. I received no such phone call- nor have I received a proper apology and resolution to this devastating problem. I have a reception to wear it to next week and it's heart breaking
