I am not very cheep, but not extremely expensive. - I have extensive experience in many areas of home renovation and this expertise in different trades allows me to foresee possible problems even before demolition begins. - During renovation it's always easier to deal with only one person, than separately hire a tile guy , a plumber, a painter, etc. - Only one project at a time - this is my policy. When I start working on your bathroom you can bet that I will be there every day and that bathroom will be completely finished before the date stated in my invoice. - Written contract.
