This company does not take responsibility for its workmanship, does not honour its work, and does not communicate with clients who have issues with their work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Urban Paving Inc. repaved my asphalt driveway in October, 2015. I followed all instructions for care of the driveway, following the paving process, waiting for almost 2 weeks before parking on the driveway. In April, 2016 (6 months later), the asphalt showed signs of dents and deterioration. I made attempts to contact Urban Paving from August through October, and received no reply. Urban Paving finally replied near the end of October, accusing me of lying, of parking on the driveway too soon after paving - and refusing to repave the driveway. In that they did not take responsibility for fixing their poor workmanship, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. The company did not reply to the Better Business Bureau's request for information.
