Mr Kwik Fix

Mr Kwik Fix= K for kwality. I paid 83$ to have my boots get a new sole and my shoes to get a new heel lift. When I picked up my shoes, I was very dubious of the quality -the boots now had a thick, hard, non-flexible sole glued on to my old sole. Unfortunately, my misgivings were not misplaced. Thirty minutes into my first day wearing them, my client asked me what had happened to my boots. I looked down, and the leather upper had ripped away from the sole. I told them that I had had them 'fixed' at Mr Kwik Fix and my client shared that she had had similar experiences there. Over the course of the rest of the day, I had similar conversations with multiple clients. When I took the boots back, thinking that they would at least offer to fix or refund this, I was told that this was not their fault and that they had "no idea why" this would happen. The boots were in better shape before they were repaired.
