The physician I met with appears competent, but the facility itself is disorganised. The clerks at the front act like part timers, not professional's in their craft. Their speech, and words are with hesitancy and question like, when they are relaying information to the client. It's like their not quite sure of the "procedures".Only clinic in MB. that wants you to wear foot slippers on your footwear before you come in the door. What happened to floor mats and a vacuum? It's Winnipeg, better get used to our climate here, it's not Japan. For a place that does knee, ankle, hernia surgery they should change the furniture. All seating is on low height, soft home furniture, not ergo functional for injuries. Not practical. When running behind on appointments, way over a hour, you might be offered water. During flu season, nothing like a open glass of tap water, and back to ergonomics, not a place to put the glass down. The only one table in the waiting area is approx. 4 feet away from all seating.
