Winter Garden Chinese Restaurant

Some of the food is exceptionally good, but some of it comes off a little salty or exploited with unneccesary seasonings. The pan-fried dumplings are definitely a must for an appetizer, and the kuung pow chicken packs a good whallop to the taste buds. The ambience is kind of contradictory to its location, I find. The inside is almost decorated like the kind of low-budget, family owned and operated establishment one would find in a Chinatown. The servers - despite the little english spoken - are very friendly. Food is fast, and as I said, for the most part is delicious. Some items sometimes fail though, and because of the atmosphere I usually prefer ordering and picking up, rather than eating in.
