I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire life. The owner and driver of Energy limo made the decision to abandon me (the maid of honour) and my husband on the side of the road on the night of Aug 17. 2013 at 3:30am. (no exaggeration) It does not matter if arrangements were not communicated clearly at the time of booking as the driver did nothing to tell us the restrictions before the he left the wedding hall that night with passengers aboard. It was never checked how many people were on board that limo and how many stops were to be made. The driver kept insisting that he was going to be fired if he stopped at more than 5 places and was clearly shaking, crying and upset as he said his boss was yelling at him on the phone. He had guests from 6 different places on board. This comes down to pure neglect of their guests on the limo and pure rudeness. It was NOT my fault that plans were not made properly and I should NOT have been punished by being left on the side of the road with no coat.
