The staff that work here are truely dedicated to the residents and always have their best interest in the front of their minds. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced and you can really feel a sense of "family" between all staff. The staff are all amazing including the Housekeeping and Dietary staff to the Physiotherapy Team. There few particular staff that will go above and beyond such Julie, one of the RNs, whose love and commitment she has for everyone is unmeasurable. The home is always in a tidy and clean matter and does not give you the feeling of a health institution. They are forthcoming with any information, while respecting the guidelines of their abilities to share in regards to confidentiality and POA. The program staff are always enthusiastic about what they are doing with the residents, while offering a variety of activities to meet the needs of all. Of course mistakes are made, but the genuinely are sorry for them and use them as a learning experience.
