Future Shop

I was having some issues with my cell phone provider regarding upgrading my phone to a newer one. They were less than helpful. I saw the phone I wanted at Future Shop for much less than my provider was offering. So I went into the store and spoke to one of the most friendly helpful young ladies that worked in the mobile phone dept.She went out of her way to explain things to me, answered every question I had, and was very patient and informative. When I decided to purchase this phone from Future Shop, she even helped me to upgrade my monthly plan to to better suit my needs for only a few dollars more. I ended up with extra features and my new phone!!!!!! I left here extremely satisfied, and very pleased with my experience at this store.
