Shafiq's Taste of India

This is a great place to check out if you like Indian food. They set the stage for the meal with lovely ambiance. The decor is bold and beautiful, featuring bright colours a big brass elephant and a giant teapotish looking thing that is really cool. The food smells fantastic and tastes even better. We had the dinner for two and it was more than enough to feed my husband, myself and out four-year-old. They had no difficulty accommodating our small child and went so far as to bring him a dessert, even though it wasn't included in the price. I have never been to India, but this seems like the next best thing. They offer delicious food, friendly staff and a very reasonable price. You could easily pay more for crummy food at a chain restaurant. I say, two thumbs up!
