Terrible customer service! I asked Kevin at Lucky Nails to cut my nails shorter and he told me not to comeback I asked why he said he doesn't like cutting nails so short. I said seriously?? He said yes! So when he finished my nails and I was paying I didn't know how to not give him a tip so I said I'm not giving you a tip please do up my bill with no tip! He did it (98.00) btw but he was so ticked off he didn't complete the transaction and stormed off cursing in another language! His wife had to finish it. I was so polite and even apologized if I upset him by asking for my acrylic nails to be cut shorter. Sharon T
