Description
We are a Non-Profit Literacy and Essential Skills Organization (since 1899). We recruit, screen, train and place volunteer tutors in community centres and schools. Our tutors assist children, youth and adults with their reading, writing, mathematics, home work, GED support, and English skills. There is no charge for our services.
Our tutors are university students and community members who offer their support for free. They benefit from the satisfaction of giving back to society and building their human relationship skills.
