This company was super shady to deal with. We had discussed doing an ad for only 6 months. On the contract they sent they included a full year which we NEVER discussed. The file for the contract wouldn't open properly on my Mac so I signed it thinking it was what we discussed (my mistake). After the first 6 months passed and they mentioned to me they were re-running the ad and if I wanted to change to ad for the summer. I expressed my issue with the fact that I did not mean to sign up for a full year but if I was bound to it that was less than ideal but that was fine. I never heard back from anyone, and not only did they re-run to ad and continue to charge me, but they never gave me the opportunity to change the re-run of my ad like originally offered. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never ever do business with this company again.
