McDonald's

My sister booked the play area at this McDonald's for her daughter's birthday 3 weeks in advance. She specifically asked that she would be safe, and not double-booked (as that had happened to her last year), and it was confirmed she would not be. Once we arrived at the restaurant we realized it was overbooked, and the manager told my sister that they always double book for parties. They also did not do any activity with the children, as is part of the party package. There were mix-ups with orders, it took a long time to get food in general, and the whole affair seemed very unorganized. As a compensation for overbooking, my sister was given a coupon for 1 happy meal -- hardly worth it!! The one thing they were good at, however, was replacing drinks if a child spilled theirs.
