This old-school (literally) Youth Drop In play space has something for everyone. We love it! It's camps are active & flexible & very, very inexpensive. There arn't a lot of frills - much of the items & equipment are donated so don't expect it to be pretty but kids can actually be kids here. There's a games room with pool table, table hockey, toys, lego, ping pong & even a place to colour & read. the chalkboards are all still there from when it was a school & there's always lots of chalk. The gym always has a basketball game, floor hockey, badmiton & plasma cars going full tilt. And no matter what your age get the Coach, Pat to teach you how to shoot a basket - a skill he even managed to teach me! It's a drop in from 3 to 6 daily but the camps & pd days are mix of everything plus special guests, face painting & crafts are run by a group of professional artists who volunteer at the camp. Worth every penny of the $50 a week for this camp & more!
