I was a resident here for for four months. It is a wonder I survived. The place smells of urine. Male residents urinate on the toilet floors. In the evening only one bathroom is open after cleaning, if you are lucky you can get there first to do your personal business. The place is rampant with thieves. Unknown if it is staff or residents so nothing is done. I lost money there and things were so confused I considered suicide. Room mates are not matched and my roommate constantly urinated so I had to buy my own air freshener. Residents are spoken to with disgust at times . There is a "we and they" attitude there and no matter what you do not go near "staff" areas e.g. tables. Staff constantly smoke.The day I had my breakdown , instead of calling an ambulance, they called the police and I was removed with handcuffs/, I am a retired Registered Nurse and was only there as a temporary placement after l lost my home to divorce. I was the only black When I left the staff were sitting around the table laughing.
