My dry cleaning pick up time was after 3pm New Years Eve, problem was the shop was closed at 2pm that day - picked it up Jan 02 and had to send the items UPS at another $65 cost as my son had left for Calgary at 7 am. that morning. I had explained the importance of being able to pick the items up and I was assured they would be ready. When I said that I would not use this dry cleaners again the only response was "Happy New Year".
