Very Humble Person to deal with. We had booked a new property and could not sell the existing property. We could have lost $40,000 deposit to builder. Current Bank. that we had mortgage with, refused to give us mortgage. We tried to get mortgage from other banks, everyone checked our credit and refused to give us mortgage. JD Mortgage got us mortgage at good interest rate. We were able to close the new property purchase, and rented the old property. Now we have 2 properties.
