SLUMLORD! worst landlord ( KEN ) I have ever rented from! raises rent all the time, does not return calls for repairs/problems. rude and disrespectful towards all of the tenants, even long term elderly tenants. Weird and sexually harrasses woman in the building. Multiple complaints against him, no tenants like him. Less than safe place to rent! NOT a stable manager ( KEN )! disgraceful!
