The Abbotsford School District continuously ranks amongst the highest academic performers in BC, and annually has schools achieve 'top 10' placings in provincial athletic competitions and arts events. As of September 2010, the funded Full Time Enrolment ('FTE') in Abbotsford School District was 18,744.5 plus 17 home school students. This consisted of enrolments at school levels as follows: - 31 elementary schools (K-5/7) with 8,138.5 students (FTE) - 8 middle schools (6-8) with 4,097 students (FTE) - 7 secondary schools with 6,322.3 students (FTE) - 1 Virtual School with 186.8 students (FTE)
