Gaptel Inc

This company is not honest..who would trust a company that would just accept money from people that paid a bill that did was not even meant for them. the payment was meant for TELUS Communication which they screwed up on the account number as well. so I have been paying the wrong account number for 3 months and this Company Gaptel just accepts the payments like it was meant for them. I called them several times to help me out and just refund me my money back so i can pay back too Telus. I called the company and a guy that works there said don't worry we will help you and he gave an email to the accountant so I email her and she replied to me saying message this other guy who handles everything. they just keep passing me around thinking that I would just give up on the 450 that I have been paying for 3 months. now I have a balance of $616 dollars on telus. all im saying is that why would you trust a company that is not even willing to help a person that is hurting for money. 0 STAR !
