Heartland Wellness Clinic

I had purchased a Groupon for myself and my mother for her Birthday. Called 2 weeks in advance to make the appointments. The night before got my confirmation call in regards to my next day massage appointments. After showing up, my mother was brought in for her massage and after sitting for 15 minutes waiting for my RMT and watching the receptionist call over and over, and finally get a hold of her i was told she wont be coming in b/c she doesn't feel well. So glad that people take their jobs seriously to NOT bother calling into work and let the staff know. I then booked another appointment and waited out the hr for my mother. I had then booked my boyfriend and myself to go back to back for massages. He went in for his scheduled time, i waited the hour for my appointment then i was told that there was a mistake and my appointment is NOT today rather the following Saturday! When i spoke to the receptionist, i had her repeat 3 times my booking! Not professional at all!
