The Real Canadian Superstore

Most of the time I shop at this location I have fantastic service. I have learned to pick who I check out through, as some of the cashiers are fantastic, and others are extremely negative and aren't willing to help you out at all. I don't like the check out system they have now. Most of the cashiers refuse to help you pack the groceries no matter how many you have, and how long the line up is. They usually "stack" the cashiers all next to each other, and with the dual check out lanes it's hard for the people on the outside lane to pack the groceries if someone in the next line is also trying to check theirs out. I find it ridiculous that the cashiers aren't "allowed" to help you at all, no matter what your age. I watched an elderly lady try to check out all her groceries and pack them out while the cashier stood there and watched. Where is customer service? I've stopped checking out through the self service option as well because the one woman who works there is miserable.
