Multicity Moving

This company pickup up our possessions after receiving a 7 page inventory listing for a quote of $1,400. After many attempts by us to get a contract or an invoice Multicity refused to drop our possessions after charging us $6,800 actual cost. Multicity has refused to answer any communication with us for 3 months now and is now calling family members for payment when we have not yet received a contract, an invoice, storage payment information or even a contact to discuss any of this with. Multicity is now operating as "Provincial Movers" and will not respond to any Multicity inquiries. BEWARE I have contacted a lawyer, filed a complaint with Ontario Consumer Protection and Better Business Bureau
