The lady who works the bookings is the kindest, sweetest most helpful. The guy who owns the place claimed damaged his mobile unit (after I specifically and proactively pointed out the damage) and, after insulting me with his accusations, went so far as to refuse to leave my property and stood there in a menacing fashion until I threatened to call the police. A person who's only motivation seems to be money, without an ounce of customer service skill who should be locked into one of his own storage units and kept away from the public entirely. Again, the lady was thoroughly delightful and apologetic on his behalf but that does not dimish from the singularily terrible and upsetting experience.
