they do not go by union rules and they get people in there that do not have any experience for certain job lines and do not hire from the union they name hire they are crooks and do not beleive in safety precausions and they believe in experience and they also discriminate age as well( they hide things under the rug)and are not truthfull . The company should be outright discontrued from all jobs and should not be with the unions of all provinces and especilally Alberta union 1460
