NZ Sysytems came to fix my washer, but the technician forgot a tool and had to come back the next day from London ON, so he left it taken apart all over my floor, electric work and all. The next day he showed up late and it took so long, that my husband had to leave to work, knowing the technician left the washer and parts open and all over the floor again. The technician was supposed to be back the 3rd day to finally finish his job and never showed up or called. When my husband called NZ systems, they said he wouldn't be back until the next week. The manager, Ken was very rude and put the blame on us for having to leave to work on the 2nd day. He never apologised for not showing up on the 3rd day or for the inconvenience of not having a washer for a full week (for a family with a toddler and an infant), or for having it all exposed on the floor. We had to hire someone else and they came on time and did the job right!
