Staying here wasn't a good experience at all. I was sceptical when we had to pay up front at check-in. I had to go 3 days without bathing because there was no hot water/pressure in our room. The hotel smelled musty and stale. It was hard lugging my bags up 3 flights of stairs then opening a heavy door. I seen an old elevator that obviously didn't work because it was it was hidden behind a plant. This hotel is on the Windsor side of town (which has noting to do with my stay).
