The Brick

the quality isn't good and customer service is horrible. We have had our couch for 3 months and found a rip in a place that is rarely accessed(under the seat where the stow away compartment is). First time we phoned, we waited an hour on hold to set up for it to be exchanged, just to have it delivered to the wrong address, receiving a call 20 minutes after the expected drop off time. the second time we called to book, we were again put on hold. When they arrived the second time they sent the wrong piece so they left, without any further direction to what will be done next. I will never shop through the Regina, SK. brick again.
