A horible experience with A&C automotives. Please trust me, keep away from this shop as far as possible. I have never left a negative feedback, but I have to tell my experience. I went to here to do the out of province inspection. After inspection, they screwed me that I need to pay more than 1000 dollar to repair to pass the inspection. They said all my brake rotors, two rear shocks and two rear calliper need to changed. I asked “could I buy parts by myself”. They said:”I suggest no, we got more discount from part stores”. Then I asked ”could you write down the brand name of the parts”, they said no and explained they got good parts only. Then I requested to write down the price for parts and labor seperately. They said we don’t have time right now and they will figure out and call me back. Finally, I said I need the car recent days, so I have to drive my car back to home.
