I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY LIE TO YOU concerning prices. Two days ago, I had my taxes 2016 done with them. On the phone, they ONLY provide you with half of the information of prices they charge, you believe what they say, don't you?.When you come to first appointment to bring all documents, they say they can't give the full price till everthing is done and given to you. When you come the second and last appointmen to pick up your taxes, they charge you a percentage for EVERY TRANSACTION of the money you are getting back from the federal and provincial government. You are MISLEAD purposely. I am just a simple employe with a modest job and I ended up paying $115 dlls to do the taxes compared to $20 and $70 cdn I used to pay with an individual at his home and in an accountant's cabinet. What a DISSAPOINTMENT. I DEFENITELY DO NOT RECOMEND IT. WHAT A STEAL!!!!!!!!!!! :-(
