I go above and beyond to make the functions come off smoothly, and timely. My chairs in the wedding parlor are plastic patio chairs that have weight recommendations for peoples safety. In ten years I have discretely had to ask three people if they would feel more comfortable in a sturdier chair, which I will gladly provide them with as I do not want to see anyone injured. I could be liable for neglecting this detail. To date no one has taken offence to the way I have dealt with this delicate matter, and I will continue to look out for peoples safety. The wedding Becky talks about did involve a little boy who was very unhappy about being at a rehearsal, and was acting very bratty. However, the next day, at the wedding he was a totally different child and I complemented him several times. At the rehearsal it was decided the groom and best man wanted to walk out to music playing. I usually have them lined up, and things go smooth, so the men aren't standing for long periods in case something goes wrong.
