We purchased a very large home sound system from this company 7 years ago. The price tag very significant. This company has horrible customer service and to date still has not come out to service our unit. They choose to troubleshoot over the phone. They now don't even return phone calls.I definitely would not suggest anyone spending their money on this company's product.
