Ministry found this place seriously negligent int he care of my father. http://publicreporting.ltchomes.net/en-ca/File.aspx?RecID=19663&FacilityID=20234 Staff ignored hospital orders on care of skin after POA noticed possible diabetic wounds. Medication and pain relief not provided. More hospital visits showed worsening condition, more orders given, and ignored, Wounds turned into bone deep gangrene. POA and hospital doc constantly ignored. Wounds not dressed properly, antibiotics not given, toe and half foot had to be removed. Ministry found numerous failings, staff not trained, medical orders ignored, medication not given, Bad place. Stay away.
