Mintage Vintage

The first time I visited Mintage on Commercial Drive I felt like I had died and gone to Vintage Heaven. I’m a big fan of vintage clothing but, I often find vintage stores to be frustrating. They can be musty smelling, crowded and often I leave empty handed. Not so with Mintage! The store is large, well laid-out and I was able to find several of the items on my shopping list. Fur vest and grey boots, check! A good selection of brand new reasonably priced apparel and accessories from local designers, check! Some of the prices on the shoes are a bit high but, overall it’s a great store.
