Busy Bee Cleaners

I am totally unimpressed with this cleaner. They have not done a good job of cleaning my suits, and the woman who works the front counter is unbelievably rude. I wouldn't have gone back except I had a Groupon I had to use (they refused to take it the first time when I went to pay because I hadn't told them when I brought my clothes in that I planned to use it to pay for the cleaning - not sure why it would matter, unless they inflate the price for Groupon customers). Last straw for me was last week when I put on an expensive wool sweater that I had sent for cleaning and found they had shrunk it so small I could barely get my arms through the cuffs, or get it zipped up. Never again - much better and friendlier cleaners in Burnaby.
