The Home Depot

The location makes it convenient to shop at this Home Depot but the friendliness and dedication of the staff are what keep me coming back. The store is huge and has everything you need but given the size and the fact that staff are specialized to their stations and aisles it can sometimes take a wait to get assistance, particularly during busy times. It is worth the wait. I am inexperienced with home repairs but willing to try and I have found that every time I needed help staff will go above and beyond, doing as much as they can to make sure you are taken care of. In one instance a plumbing associate helped me cut an oversized metal pipe for my bathroom shelves - saving me from buying a cutter I would only use once and possibly cutting off fingers. Another time an associate climbed through the top shelves searching for and finding a discontinued bathtub spout I desperately needed. My family has had similar experiences with the helpfulness of store management.
