I had a flood in my basement and winmar came and came to do the repairs. They came within a few days and removed the damage, a month and a half later they still had not come back to finish the work.I had to keep calling them to see when they would come back i got excuses such as "ryan's on vacation for 2 weeks, he'll get a hold of you when he's back", "i just got approval" (yet they had already done the removal of damage), "oh we had you booked for next week" (when i wasnt going to be around). I spent a month and a half in the dark wondering when ill be able to use my basement. i could of easily done the work myself, the only reason i was going to use there services was so it could be done on a timely manner. I decided to end there services and not let them back in my house, very unprofessional.
