They rekeyed 2 locks & provided 2 sets of keys, but both keys open 1 lock & no keys open the other, & we don't know the "bitting" code to make keys.Owner wrote "my recommendation…would be to contact your new locksmith…to do a complete new rekey…due to my stupid blonde employee may have created a cross bitting. Thank you, Norma Nyal." When I requested refund, she replied "I will not refund the rekey/master charges because this was conducted correctly." Unprofessional and rude. This, after nearly 10 years of utilizing their services.
