Description

This gentle therapy helps relieve pain and stiffness caused by tension or injury. A session consists of a series of gentle manipulations of the muscles and tissues of the neck, trunk, arms and legs. The effect is to relieve tension and helps the body move with greater ease.
Although very gentle the effect is very deep. Using a very light touch each joint is helped to move with greater ease, surrounding tissues are gently rocked with a very light touch. The result is that the client feels very relaxed, tension in the joints is relieved and greater movement in stiff joints is obtained. A series of special body movements to help retain the feeling are demonstrated. The session lasts one hour. Repeated sessions are recommended for a lasting effect.
