EDEN Massage

Description

Massage lowers blood pressure, aids in the circulation of blood, relieves stress, reduces pain, improves joint mobility and range of motion and improves psychological well-being.
With an interest in Massage Therapy and Myofascial Release for over 16 years, Adnan fulfilled a long-standing dream and attended ICT Northumberland massage therapy school in Halifax. With a 2006 Diploma in Massage Therapy, Adnan finds giving massage almost as relaxing as receiving it. Adnan is a Registered Massage Therapist licensed to practice massage in Nova Scotia and is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia. Adnan also volunteers with the Cancer Society (Relay for Life), CIBC RUN FOR CURE, Blue Nose Marathon, and Laser Sailing by providing massage to the participants and events sponsors. Massage has been found to reduce many common ailments such as Stress, Muscle Strain Sprain, Disc Herniation, DDD, Asthma, COPD, Scar Tissue, Aches, Arthritis, Headaches (Tension, Miagraines) - even Anxiety and Depression.
