Bath Depot

Customer service was very slow it took a longtime for someone to help us, there was just 1 more client in the store. We found what we wanted got a great deal on it, paid for it. One week later they called to pick it up. Arrived at store it was not the right item. The item we ordered was discontinued they shipped something else instead. They offered a discount on the item witch at the time I found was good but looked at the original item price it was 100$ cheer them my order but they were only taking 80$ off?? That was not a deal. So I ask for my money back. They could not give all of it back they have a refund limit of 500$ a day. I had to go back the next day to get the rest of my refund. I was very disappointed with the service and quality of this store. Unfortunately they lost a client and I was redoing all 3 bathrooms at home. Their lost. I also ask to speak to the manager but for some reason he was never around.
