The company does not honour what is insured against hail damage of my house. It replaces only the vinyl sidings on one side of my house that got damaged even though a mathcing product cannot be found, claiming that is the company insurance policy. The policy only states "insure against direct physical damage" but neve mentions whether a matching product can be found or not. To a house owner, if a matching product (of the vinyl siding) cannot be found, the whole house's vinyl siding must be replaced.
