The previous super did work fast more of a band aid solution for the last 3 years its a new team and they are great its a cleaner project now, the facelift it's gotten is refreshing not dumpy looking, the management has and is doing a great job, I love it I have no complaints I have something that needs repairs I call it in and the response time is 24 to 48 hours I hear from them, the people that have been with Carling Realty for many years have no problems with the changes and the rules. That's the way it should be. Every management has them, only thing is that people don't like changes but change is good, change is needed, change is healthy. I would refer Carling Realty to anyone, they are number 1 in my book.
