Teaopia is a haven of quality, taste and excellent customer service. They are never too busy to help you and encourage you to try different teas. Although I love tea, it is the customer service that is a winner for me. Also the Facebook page for Teaopia is worth checking out. I have learned about new teas, which teas are good as iced tea and more importnantly thanks to FB I now have a coupon for free tea that the store forgot to give me. It's very refreshing (no pun intended!) to see such great customer service as well as such an excellent product
