Dime Car Rentals

I called with a few questions about renting a mid size car. The person who answered the phone seemed very uninterested and I felt like she was trying to rush me off the phone. Her tone only seemed to get more aggravated with each question I had. I decided to rent my car from Discount Car instead. The price was slightly higher, but worth the money for saving me the headache of dealing with the poor customer service here.
