Service Ontario Smithville

The service I received in this office was horrible. I attempted three times to go into this office to get my son's health card renewed and had to make arrangements at work to leave early and still was not successful in getting this accomplished. Each time I was told I needed to bring a different document and every time I returned with the document requested I was told differently. I called Service Ontario after getting turned down a third time and was told what I had brought in was acceptable and if this elderly lady in this office was being that difficult to go to another Service Ontario Office. I will never attend this location again. I think this lady got her kicks from turning me down every time I went in there. I think she needs to retire soon.
