Raw Aura Organic Cuisine

My friend and her mom took me out for lunch one day in Mississauga and they are both health fanatics. They had raved so much about Raw Aura and wanted me to experience this nutritional organic cuisine for myself. I was impressed by the fact that nothing was cooked/heated above 43 deg. celsius therefore all the foods retain their nutritional value. I didn't like my appetizer of miso soup at all, but the lasagna as a main course was amazing. Additionally I liked the smoothie I ordered which contained hemp seeds, banana, cacao and dates. This place is definitely worth trying if you are on a healthy path and want to improve your eating habits.
