Have been a DirectBuy Member for more than 10 years and the experience has been awesome. I love the laid back atmosphere and easily accessible information on products we're looking at. Staff are wonderful - super friendly and extremely helpful. All that aside, we've saved tons of money with DirectBuy and have always felt that we got more for less than we had been shopping at retail. Despite some minor inconveniences (slower delivery, etc.), this has been an overwhelmingly positive experience for us. It's not for everybody, but if you spend money around your home or you're planning any projects / renos, DirectBuy is a massive homerun.
