My husband & I were thinking about leaving our current cell phone provider. Well after investigating the Rogers Network we decided to go to our local store at the Pen Center. I was blown away. I never once spoke to a single staff member while in the store. Waited over 30 minutes, The 2 people working there were busy having a conversation amongst them selves. Than Hubby, spoke up, only to get pure additude over he fact they were unable to continue there conversation about the "game". I am glad I never switched to Rogers, with in-store service like that, I would be afraid to have a conversation with them on the PHONE!!
